What should I use to clean my windows with after I’ve had window film installed?
You can use soap and water to clean them. That will get the job done most of the time. However, If you need something stronger than soap and water, you may use a window cleaner but make sure it clearly states “NO AMMONIA” on it as well as “SAFE FOR TINTED WINDOWS”.

What do the window film percentages mean?
You may have heard of someone’s tint being “5%” or something similar. This simply indicates the amount of light which can pass through the film and glass  eventually making its way into the vehicle. Lower percentages like 5%-10% are very dark because they let in a small amount of light. Higher percentages like 70-90% are lighter because they let in much more light.
